Home Checks

Weekly, Bi-Monthly, or Monthly home checks are available. Your home will be checked on while you are away to make sure your home is secure and any maintenance issues are taken care of.

Home Checks to Include:

Check for Leaks in the Kitchen and Bathrooms
Check Windows and Doors for Security
Check Appliances to make sure everything is working properly
Check Lights - Change bulbs if necessary

Check Water Main
Check Heating is on at pre-set temperature
General Walk-through In and Around the Perimeter of the House

House Opening and Closing

Your home will be "opened" to your specifications prior to your arrival. In the winter, the house temperature will be set at a comfortable setting, the fire lit, and the porch light on. In the summer, perhaps you wish for some windows to be opened for the fresh air to blow through the house. Whatever your desires, your home will be ready when you arrive. Upon your departure, the house will be "closed" to your specifications.

Repair and Maintenance Services

Repair and maintenance services are performed by our "in-house" licensed contractor. Work performed can range from "handyman" jobs, such as, hanging mirrors or shelves to major construction projects, for example, kitchen or bathroom remodel.

Eco-Friendly Housekeeping

Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly or Occasional Cleanings available using Eco-Friendly, Non-Toxic products. (Products provided except for laundry detergent and other products owner wishes to use. Windows are not included in housekeeping, but can be arranged).

Snow and Ice Removal

Snow and Ice Dam Removal in the Winter from decks, walkways, and roofs.

Yard Clean-up

Pine Needles, leaves or debris clean-up from your yard and disposal.

Meeting and Accessing Home for Delivery/Service People

Instead of a list of service people having access to your home, we will meet any service or delivery people at your residence to receive deliveries and/or make sure services are performed correctly.

Concierge Services/Shopping/Errands

Enjoy your time at your Tahoe home as soon as you arrive. We are able to take care all of your
errands or special events prior to your arrival or during your visit. Some of our services include, but definitely not limited to:

Ticket Purchases/Reservations

Shopping (Groceries or Gifts)

Plant Care

Mail Pick-up
