Fees

Home Checks
Plan I:   $95.00 per month for weekly home checks and unlimited openings and closings
              for yourself, family or friends.
Plan II:  $75.00 per month for weekly home checks only (no openings or closings)
Plan III: $55.00 per month for bi-monthly home checks only (no openings or closings) 

Home Openings and Closing

$55.00 per Opening and Closing
$35.00 per Opening or per Closing (one or the other)
(If any work is done while opening or closing the house, the hourly rate for the work done will apply instead)

Repair/Maintenance Services

$55.00 per hour for Handyman Work
$65.00 per hour for Electrical Work
$75.00 per hour for Plumbing Work
If outside contractor(s) are required, their rates will apply

Eco-Friendly House Cleaning

$35.00 per hour

Snow and Ice Removal

$35.00 per hour for Decks and Walkways
$75.00 per hour for Roofs
$80.00 per hour for Ice Dams

Yard Cleanup

$40.00 per hour, plus dump fees

Meeting and Accessing Home for Delivery/Service People

$35.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)

Concierge/Shopping/Errands Services

$45.00 per hour, plus cost of items, bookings, or activity (if applicable)
